Marketing... Internally

 

Jefferson Health - Northeast (formerly Aria Health) didn't have an internal communications department, so since I have a strong background in this field, the responsibility often fell on me. Technically, it wasn't in my job description, but it allowed me to exercise my employee communication muscles, which are quite impressive if I do say so myself.
