I have to say (I don't 'have' to, but I'm going to) that going from the culture of QVC, where a lot of creative minds and a more casual culture prevailed, to a health insurance company like Independence Blue Cross definitely took some getting used to. Things were a bit more traditionally corporate, and with the whole government regulation thing, they didn't like a lot of risk-taking. But when it was appropriate, I made our internal communications as interesting and engaging as possible.
